Care Favourites: How does it work?

Modified on Thu, 03 Aug 2023 at 01:00 PM

So, you’ve completed the Care Request and received your first personalised Care Matches.

In this guide we’ll walk you through adding those Care Matches to your Favourites list, which you can access in your Sweet Pea account.

How to favourite a provider

When you get your personalised Care Matches you’ll notice that next to each provider name there is an outline of a heart symbol.

By clicking once on the heart, you can ‘Favourite’ a single provider and add them to your accessible Favourites list.

The pink heart symbol will appear filled once you have added a provider to your Favourites.

Why do we have a ‘favourites’ function?

Being able to mark providers as ‘Favourites’ allows you to create a separate list which you can access without having to go through a Care Request again.

You can share your Favourites within your Family Group.

Where can you find your favourites?

Your Favourites will appear on the menu on the left hand side of the page. Simply click the Favourites button and you will see the list on screen.

From here you can also go to their profile and start a Care Conversation by clicking the green speech bubbles.

Find your guide to the Care Conversation here.

How to remove a provider from your favourites

If you wish to remove a provider from your favourites list, simply click the heart symbol again.

It will revert back to the outline of a heart indicating that the provider is no longer on your list.

Providers are not notified when you add them to or remove them from your personal list.
